As new home buyers with a young family we were very concerned with the many issues within the process of owning a home that would be right for us. Brad was exceptionally knowledgeable and proffesional throughout our endeavour. At one point my wife and I got disheartened with the market and what was available to us at our price range. Along with having our second child we backed off the prospect of owning our own home. Some months later Brad contacted us and reminded us that the market was continuing to spiral upward and that we should rethink our dream of owning our own home. To find what we realized we would be happy with, we raised our price range. We had seen what we didn't want along the way, and bits and pieces that we did like.
